By remaking various useless empty barrels into drum stands and making them produce powerful percussion sounds, young entrepreneur Arthur Choo (33 years old) has brought a pile of garbage back to life and given them completely different functions. He has also created a new percussion concept called "Green Drumming".
Buckets of all sizes, trash cans, oil drums, and even the teppanyaki tables used in Japanese restaurants can actually produce dynamic melodies after being knocked around, making people's bodies sway along.
Zhu Ruixiong, who promoted the concept of "green drumming", said in an interview: "The process of turning useless garbage into fun musical instruments fully demonstrates the essence of sustainable development, allowing young people to experience the meaning of turning waste into treasure while playing."
The performance form of "Green Drumming" is similar to the Stomp percussion style that has been popular for many years and originated from the UK, but Zhu Ruixiong decided to take it "to the next level" and create a national environmental protection music style with local characteristics.
